Remember, Rome wasnt built in a day, finding whats right for you along with the right diet can take a long time, years in some cases. |

![]() | i for one would definately recommend flat db press, at the top of the rep, kep db's about 5 inches away from each other, arms still lsightly bent and repeat rep. as youve just started, i would recommend 3x10 sticking with the same weight or 1x12, 1x10, 1x8 increasing the weight each time. |
