You first need to build the chest to see what genetic shape you have

dont think in terms of weeks or months in bb'ing...think years

Bodybuilding is a lifetime

What exercises are you doing right now? How many reps and sets, and how often do you train?

also mix real heavy weights with super strict and slow lowish weights too! my chest responds well to the mix!

everybody lifts 100% all the time.....not me....

How many times a week do you train your chest? Surely not 3-4 times?
What weight are you pushing? Do you keep to the same weight every rep or increase the weight after every rep?

Give us as much information about your current routine mate an you'll get more information back.

What exercises are you currently doing for your chest other than bench?
Also, do you just do flat bench or do you include incline/decline?

Check the below link out, it shows you lots of different exercises for all areas of the body, in time you may adapt some of them to suit your own needs.

http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/slide...id=16&subId=37

Try different exercises and find whats best for you.
Remember, Rome wasnt built in a day, finding whats right for you along with the right diet can take a long time, years in some cases.

Stone will become famous soon enough
i for one would definately recommend flat db press, at the top of the rep, kep db's about 5 inches away from each other, arms still lsightly bent and repeat rep.

as youve just started, i would recommend 3x10 sticking with the same weight or 1x12, 1x10, 1x8 increasing the weight each time.
