I like dumbell flyes...........

I think the chest responds well to 3-4 exercises and no more than 10-12 sets once a week. I think the key is also to use good form. I see so many people bench press and they dont touch their chest and they let the bar drop rapidly on the negative. I try and be as sensible as possible with the poundages I use but even I admit I train too heavy sometimes.
