odd benching problem

Hi guys,

Past couple of weeks been having a strange prob when benching - my hams are cramping up / tightening, which means I lost focus on the benching to move my legs, balance goes and it all goes :boohoo:

Anyone got any ideas on what I am doing to make this happen ? Leg position hasn't changed, feet flat on floor, knee joitn at 90 degrees, just usual position.

Cheers

Stu
