![]() | Hi, Ive been doing this routine for a while (with some slight changes). I have made some gains with it but ive never really thought if it is ok or not. Im bulking and weigh about 87Kg at the moment. Here it is: Wednesday - Chest, triceps, shoulders. Bench Press 3X10 reps Chest Press (Machine) 3X10 reps Shoulder Press 3X10 reps Pec Deck (Machine) 3X10 reps Tricep Press 3X10 reps Tricep Pushdown (Machine) 3X10 reps Friday - Biceps, Back Lateral PUlldown 4X10 reps Bent Over Row 3X10 reps Barbell Upright Row 3X10 reps Barbell Curl 3X10 reps Dumbbell Hammer Curl 3X10 reps Barbell Preacher Curls 3X10 reps Any comments would be appreciated ![]() |
