Try decline pushups, you only need a bench for this to raise your legs.

Check out the following link, there will be enough alternatives on here I would expect.

Yes, lean foreward for chest and lean back for triceps.

Mick Hart swore by these, when you get strong enough do them weighted.

As pete said, they are a great exercise and also a compound one.

Yeah I agree tho I must say I find it very difficult to stay upright or lean back.... the natural inclination is to lean forward. If you are doing these for triceps, is it better to lock out at the top and squeze the triceps, or stay slightly off lock and keep the pressure on them..

'Try decline pushups, you only need a bench for this to raise your legs.'

These would hit your upper pecs and would therefore be classed as incline pushups.

Here is the correct way to "TRULY" hit your pecs correctly and reduce tricep and frontal delt involvement....

Ive never done too much in the way of dips but i think i'll give them a go.

I have read a few articles that say Decline Bench press hits more muscle fibres than flat or incline so why do you not hear of many people doing them??

That might be true but the way I watch guys doing them the lift is very short and has no stretch.

Now if you were to take it to the neck then this would be another story.
