![]() | under developed chest /peck mussle hi' all my name is bri' im 49 and live in kent uk. for a number of years i have been suffering from a under developed left hand chest mussle. this occures in 1 in 100.000 people, trust me to get it er''. it looks a bit like a shark attack on my left hand side,of my chest. its not been so bad before because i kept my top on, but now ive joined a gym and my god there are mirrors everywhere, in the changing room, so i notice this a lot more now. i have been told that if i bench press on the smith machine, it will catch up. but i dont think it will, ill proberly end up with 36bb on my right and a 32a on my left. what i would like from you guys is some help please' to build this side up, different exercises, or any info on this at all would be very helpfull. i dont take any supps or anything like that, also if any of you would like to see a pic, so that you can get some idea of what im talking about, you can email me and ill email it back to you. i hope someone can help' keep up the good work on this forum cheers basic |

The reason why the dumbells are preferred is because both sides have to push evenly. You cant overpush with one side using dumbbells. Use dumbells on everything for chest.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Try tensing the weak pec inbetween sets, like isotension in a way, this will make the muscle fibres fire more and also hit them at a deeper level as your keeping the intensity on...check out a few competitive bbers and you`ll notice most have one pec weaker than the other...reason...we all favour oneside in a side chest pose..so the best side gets extra work.... |
