![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Oats How do you eat yours? Does eating uncooked oats have any effect on the nutritional content? Will uncooked oats have the same amount of cals as cooked oats? It's just I prefer oats uncooked because its quicker.Anybody know? |

![]() ![]() | I use oats uncooked in my protein shake in the morning so i get carbs and protein as soon as i wake, use flavoured whey and it goes down the neck a treat

Soaking them first makes them liquidise, so no grittyness and they don't draw water into your bowel then slowing digestion further. SD
