![]() | What other foods would you recommend my diet is 7.00 protein drink 50g 8.00 3 eggs toast 11.00 1 tin tuna 2 bits of bread 1.00 soup,yogurt 3.00 Bananna 5.00 Steak or chicken with rice 8.00 More Eggs with 2 bits of toast 10.00 Protein drink 50g protein I think i will only eat bread with my tuna from now on |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You need to sort out a meat/fish based meal for around 2pm - you're going from 11 till 5 with hardly any protein, not good. Get some good veg in there too, brocolli/asparagus/cauliflower. At breakfast, try some oatmeal along with your eggs. Bedtime drink - try mixing your whey with yoghurt and cottage cheese, that will see you through the night better. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | blimey - how big's the scoop? Personally I only have whey PWO (80g with honey and water), and mixed in with oatmeal, or cottage cheese. At your weight I'd be aiming to get AT LEAST 200g of protein per day (excluding PWO), the majority of this from food not whey. Are you looking to put on muscle or lose fat? |
