Multivitamins - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Just started taking some multivitamins tablets (Solgar) and everytime i take a **** its sort or yellow greenish colour! Does this mean i have too much vitamin C or anyone have a idea what this could be?

that's just the excess nutrients being ****ed out. all is fine.

thats what i fought! Looks like radioactive man has just been in the toilets when im done!

Actually its not excesss nutrients being crapped out, it's the natural food coloring found in the nutrient dense plants. Cholorphyl is usually the cause. No cause for alarm.
