Boditronics Midnight Express Casein - Your Opinions

I have decided to give Boditronics Midnight Express a go. I have never used Casein before bed before. I have simply had 50g of whey sitting on my bedside table ready for when i wake up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet to quickly drink.

Do you think the extra cost of Casein before bed is worth the expense compared to having 50g of whey in the middle of the night?

I have Casein as i look forward to it.i use very little water and let it set in the fridge so it forms a mousse, then eat with a spoon.

Save your cash and buy milk protein concentrate in bulk from a sponsor.I buy unflavoured and add half a scoop of a chocolate blend for flavour.

That coupled with a tbspn of PB does me fine

Cheers. Does that give the same slow releasing protein as casein?
