Now...

All this time I have been blindly lifting weights knowing that my diet is totally off but have been too scared at the sacrifices I have to make in order to follow it. I need to make my diet more flexible due to odd school and work hours. Below I will write what I think is an OK base to work from and would love any critism you boys offer.

Breakfast: (6:30ish)
2 whole fried eggs
1 bowl of oatmeal
2 glasses of juice
Few slithers of bacon

Meal 2: (8:20)
Musashi 30g Protein shake
Small bag of peanuts or similar
(This is due to the fact that after this time I won't have a chance to eat till about 11:00)

Meal 3: (11:00)
1 tuckshop fried crumbed chicken roll with lettace (Processed to the brim :P)
OR
1ft Chicken sub from Subway
OR
1 small salad and chicken roll from tuckshop (Also processed :P)

Meal 4: (2:00)
A small snack before going back into class

Meal 5: (3:10)
A pre-WO meal here. Any ideas?

Post-WO & Dinner (5-6ish)
Protein shake (60g)
Crumbed chicken breast
Vegies

Before bed (10:00)
Any ideas here as well?

Breakfast: (6:30ish)
drop a glass of juice and up the protein and take in a good fat.
Or drop the juice all together and have a piece of fruit instead.

Meal 2: (8:20)
Add a carb to this meal

Meal 3: (11:00)
could improve thsi meal but id go with the 1 small salad and chicken roll from tuckshop (Also processed :P) and take some fish oils with this meal.

Meal 4: (2:00)
A small snack before going back into class
Oh but make it a good snack

Meal 5: (3:10)
A pre-WO meal here. Any ideas?
I myself dont like to eat before I go to the gym but something small.

Post-WO & Dinner (5-6ish)
Protein shake (60g)
Take the shake just after you do your last set. Choose a fast acting carb (juice, whey protein and creatine).
Wait a bit before you eat the chicken and veges, add some good fat here too.

I dont like eating just before bed but some eggs or a small amount of cottage cheese would be ok.
You could eat your last meal at 7:00 then dont eat anything before bed.
Eat that PWO shake as soon as you set down your last weight.

Im not sure about the total cals but just giving you an idea of the ratios.
If you lose weight on that diet and dont want to then you will have to add some to a meal or meals till you dont lose.
If you gain and dont want to then you will have to lower the cals so you dont gain.
I like to eat 40/30/30 ratio but if you are bulking or dieting down the ratio can be modified some.

Sorry, have to go back to work but I will look at the modified diet in a minute.

My goals are simple and are what every BB wants. Gain size without fat.

I don't believe in "bulking" as such, thats just an excuse to eat a lot of junk. I believe in eating the correct foods in order to build the desired muscle. So basically I just want to build muscle without mass-eating. By that I mean no crap
