get yourself some

fish oil caps, they are abt 1000mg each, very cheap to buy and a good supplement to have, aim for something like 3 a day split up with your food.

Holland & Barrett do a good one, but like Chef and Hacks both say get more real good fats in, supps are just that, supps!

More like 3 at each meal.
I swear by these for making things right with me.
I cant begin to say what benifits like better knee's, more urination flow (prostate?), smoother skin, better cholesterol (havent checked but just guessing), this stuff is awesome. I take 12 a day.
I even think it help bring my balls back after a cycle. I did notice something.

you should take the actual (flax) seeds boys. More natural and no **** manufacturing processes.
