![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | cutting for hols im off to malia in greece on 12th aug - i really want to shead bf and cut up before i go. how many weeks before i go do you suggest i start to do extra cardio and lower my carb intake? would 8 weeks before be ok? |

If you're 22%, it's a different story.I would say personally allow 0.25%/week bodyfat loss (double that if you're taking fat burners and/or steroids). The people who cut up REALLY SLOWLY are the people who preserve most lean mass, sticking to the diet the longest and end up looking the best. |
