![]() ![]() | I thought you were going to drink them, i used to put the whites only into a blender with milk and back then some milk shake powder but these days you would use a little protein powder if you can afford it and just blend them for 30 seconds. Yes you do still feel the texture but its ok. |

![]() | Haha,, i do work mate but im a trainee youth worker so dont get paid ![]() Would it not b easier to just ground the oats and mix them in, just that ive not heard of microwaing the oats+milk and mixing with the rest. You obviously do it though and lookin at yr pic yr doin something right. |

![]() | lol yeah i know how to make porridge but when talking about making a shake with them i only hear of making them into a powder. I think your way will be easier to drink actualy so will try it later. It will be so easier when i get the whey powder ![]() |
