80g oats cook in micro with milk and add to a blender (u havwe to make it runny!)
4eggs in the micro for 30 secs add to blenda
teaspoon of honey maybe abit more, blend together and drink

I didnt put the oats in the microwave, i just blended them into a fine powder and added the rest of ingrediants.
How long should i microwave the oats for and is abt 500ml of milk ok?

I thought you were going to drink them, i used to put the whites only into a blender with milk and back then some milk shake powder but these days you would use a little protein powder if you can afford it and just blend them for 30 seconds. Yes you do still feel the texture but its ok.

i do 110 g of oats in about a pint for about 4mins... i find if its warm it kills some of the flavor..dont forget the honey tho mate!!!

Haha,, i do work mate but im a trainee youth worker so dont get paid

Would it not b easier to just ground the oats and mix them in, just that ive not heard of microwaing the oats+milk and mixing with the rest. You obviously do it though and lookin at yr pic yr doin something right.

you havent heard of microwaving oats and milk?? thats how u make porridge!!

lol but do it however u feels best mate all personally preference my trainin partner mixes his to a fine dust as add em raw....it all works mate

lol yeah i know how to make porridge but when talking about making a shake with them i only hear of making them into a powder. I think your way will be easier to drink actualy so will try it later.

It will be so easier when i get the whey powder

Ive just made it, i added a banana aswell. Its not runny though but still it tastes nice.
Im thinking of having this 3times a day, what times do u recomend?

i wouldnt become reliant on shakes too much mate. You want more solid food rather than liquid.
However, morning would be a good time to have it as it gets absobed into the bloodstream quicker.
