I wouldnt eat brown rice with every meal.
I myself have rice but at the very most maybe once a day and usually less than that.

There are alot of good carbs out there in the vegetable world and fruit world. Many minerals exist in these foods along with vitamins and anti-oxidants too.

If you are on a bulker right now then dont worry too much about it and if you want you can take some creatine along with your meals. Beef is good when bulking.

Vegetables, fruits, oats, Whole grains, squash, beans

But the problem is this. When you take in a selective food and dont mix up the meals with a diverse combination of other foods you are robbing your self of vital nutrients.
Some foods have fiber, anti-oxidants, EFA's, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, frendly bacteria for intestinal flora and all this will even out your deficiencies.

Rice is ok but it does not have all the things that you need and sticking to a certain food only shorts you on the stuff you need.

Eat all vegetable colors, green, orange, red, yellow, etc this will give you everything you need in your diet.

Why not add good veggies with less rice.
Eat all the colors of the rainbow of veggies and fruits.;) Perfect nutrition IMO.
Also, eat all the proteins for a complete diet.
