WHAT I HAD TO EAT TODAY!

6am

50 g muslie with 250mil skimmed milk
Half a protein shake with 250 mil skimmed milk

Post workout

Protein shake -pro mass

11 am

2 chicken breats and cup of pasta

2pm

2 chicken breasts and 50g nuts and raisins

5pm

Protein shake -pro mass

8pm

130g of tuna and cup of brown rice

was just wondering , how this looks to you guys on here, im kinda limited in terms of cost and variety at the moment.**** now that I see it on the screen it doesnt look like much.But i really need to cut some body fat.:confused:

I was gonna comment earlier but I didnt know what this stuff was muslie?

I think you have too many shakes in there and not enough fruits and vegetables.

11 AM you could have a fruit instead of the pasta.

2 PM vegetable of fruit instead of raisins.

5 PM I would drop the shake and have some whole food.
