Try a search here for Tuna Smoothies or PM Jimmy.

Basically wash the tuna well in a sieve for about 5 minutes under a cold tap, this removes ALL of the fishyness in it. Then add to a smoothie with yogurt and fruit blen and drink.

Trust me it works, its a Jimmy favourite.

Tuna, I can eat it strait but like help.

Strain the tuna then mix in some Avacado (good fat), onion powder and garlic powder.
Its pre-salted to I wouldnt add much there. Mix it all up and you can put this on bread or crackers. Not the best choices of carbs but boy does this taste good.
So you have your protein (tuna), fats (avadado) and carbs (bread/crackers).

Or, you can strain it and toss it over some salad, along with some diced olives, small amount of cheese with your favorite dressing (not too much). This makes a good healthy meal.

I have heard (but never tried) using tuna and using egg whites and making it into paste then pan frying it up into a burger.
Again never tried it and I know someone will give you the recipe here, think it was Big that had it.

I hope that "not bulking" was a typo and you meant "not cutting"!

yeh i agree with jimmy, mix with low fat mayo, sweetcorn, cucumber. tastes great.

it also mixes well with a pasta salad with fine chopped peppers (red, yellow and green)

Yes, you need a tin of tuna, an egg white and 1-2tbsp of raw oats. Mix them up and blend into a burger. Throw them into a pan with a little olive oil and enjoy!
