Question Vegetarian in need of protein!

Hi, Im a veggie and wondering if any of you guys are or can advise me on stuff?
Obviously stuff like fish oils are out of the question but I hear flax oil is good? In what form do you buy it and is it expensive?
I'm getting some cheap whey from myprotein.co.uk as price is an issue.
Apart from that I'm not sure how I'm going to make up the cals.
Quorn is good which I eat a lot of, and eggs.
Any help more than welcome.
Thanks in advance

What you guys think of this for putting on some muscle?..

Meal 1:

Orange juice,
Multi-Vitamin and Vit C Tabs,

Meal 2:
Quorn or egg sandwhich (2 rounds)

Meal 3:
Not sure bout this..
Pasta or something?
Kind of needs to be easy and on the go.

Meal 4:
Large Quorn based meal,
Vegetables,

Just an idea for my diet which starts in Feb.

my sister is a vegi (not that shes ever eaten a vegetable!) and she buys all that quorn & soya stuff, which i regularly steal as its all high in protein & low in fat.

id go for somthing like this for bulking

Meal 1:
Oats with protein powder,
Orange juice,
Multi-Vitamin ,

Meal 2:
Quorn, 35g protein of whatever you pick up, potatoes & veg

Meal 3:
protein shake in 1/2 fat milk, post workout perhaphs?

Meal 4:
6 egg whites,
Vegetables,
Potatoes,
and Vit C Tabs

Meal 5:
Quorn 35g protein, veg, choose a low carb sidedish pref under 40 carbs for last meal,

but remember to eat nuts, between all meals, aim to eat at least 150g a day, which is great for good fats & plenty of protein.

I dont think you'll ever get true size being a vegi but you should be able to put on muscle with that diet
