My cutting diet

Typical day in my cutting diet atm - i know the carbs are low but tried higher carbs and they keep my weight stable only

Meal 1 -

6 egg whites
1 egg yolk
50g oats
20g peanut butter
Splenda
Cinnamon

Meal 2 -

200g steak (uncooked weight)
30g basmati rice (uncooked weight)
Peas

Meal 3 - (PWO)

30g Whey w/1pt of skimmed milk

Meal 4 -

200g Chicken breast (uncooked weight)
30g basmati rice (uncooked weight)
Green veg
Olive oil

Meal 5 -

1 Tin of tuna

Before bed -

1pt of skimmed milk

I also take 5g glutamine PWO, and daily:

1000mg Vit C
400 ug Chromium Picolinate
400 mg Calcium
1000mg Glucosamine Sulphate
1 x Multi Vitamin

Thinking of starting E/C/A - not sure though

Doing 6 days strict, 1 day cheat and i'll keep the diet up for 8 weeks
Been on for a wk so far, never felt better, strength gone up still this week, little hungry though, lost 2 lbs first week

Lets have the abuse

OMG, that diet is almost perfect. I like that.
Ok I know most cant do it but. Swap that rice for brocolli and you will be the leanest guy on the board. Might have to add some cardio in the morning and you will look like hulkster.;)

mmm intresting....

i would swap the basmati rice for brown rice(add some garlic infused olive oil for taste)this has a lower glycemic range..

i would also add veg to meal 5 although i would add a cpl of egg whites and 1 yolk aswell to complete the amino profile...

But most of all i would drop the skimmed milk totally replace it with a whey drink mixed in water(syntrax nector is great for b4 bed).....

i would up the Glutimine to 10g before bed and PWO
increase the Calcium to 800-1200mg per day
i would also add 4-5g of fish oils spread throughout the day....

Weight
97 3/4Kg

All measurements were done in the mirror so i could check they were right and done in the same place.... def

I must admit for the second week i did go out a couple of nights... but it was the start of uni again and after all the exams and essays i needed to!

Measurements and weight is all over the place - is this normal? does it look ok?

Don't know whether this sounds strange but my arms and shoulders are starting to look harder even though the diet is quite low in carbs

TOTALLY normal to have your measurements and weight vary a little.

You've lost 1/2in off your waist in 2 weeks and have gained on your biceps and chest. I'd say that looks like good progress to me!
