Welcome to the board Roth.
Meal 1 needs a protein and 1 less banana, Oats would be better than weetabix and maybe a good fat like flaxseed.

Meal 2 I dont know what baguttes are but there are better protein sources than spam.

Meal 3 Rice would be better than the toast.

Meal 4. needs a protein and a fat in it.

Meal 5, sorry I dont know what mince pie is either (im in the States sorry).

Meal 6 needs to be fixed using a protein source like meat, chicken, fish, good carb like broccolli, some ruffage. Also fruits would be better suited in the morning and vegetables better suited in the afternoon, has something to do with Glycemic Index.

Good fats like nuts, avacado, olives, should be taken in.

Poor choices for carbs are breads, pasta's, cereals, potato. Now you can eat these but just in moderation as there are much better carbs like oats, apples, berrys and vegetables.

baguttes aare a sort of french bread /roll thing... try adding some eggs in there mate

how about some chicken? u can get it cheap from the supermarkets mate...with some potatoe's? baked/boiled?
Meal 5, sorry I dont know what mince pie is either (im in the States sorry).
mince pie's are what they say hacks! mince meat in a pie.....abit of grease and un-needed fat in there but u can get away with it i guess...
