What are your goals and total macros with that?

Looks pretty good, but some points:
* Not enough fats in there
* You have no post-workout carbs
* Need a slower protein source before bed - whey isn't the best choice

Yes, this might be better, but you still need carbs post-workout.

Not too bad but I would swap the bread for more oats first meal.
Oats are a better carb than the bread with more fiber too.
Try tossing some flax seed to add to your fats. That is an excellant fat too.
Avacado is an awesome fat too, so are fish oils (not cod liver oil high in vitamin A), Almonds are a good source of fat as well.

Meal 2 could have some more protein in there too. You could remove the bread meal one and add a protein meal 2, this should even out the macros a bit, along with some fats.

Jimmy, ive asked Skixzi to post this. Over the past few of his cycles, there hasnt been much change (maybe a little) and hes al ittle dissapointed. I cant find a problem myself, so im looking for others to give him sugestions. His training is fine as well (can vouch for that, cos hes training same times as me so i see everything he does)

Only alterations to the diet i can see there, is carbs post workout (syrup, honey or maltro?) and maybe have cottage chesse b4 bed for cheap cassien protein.

Skixi, can you list your last cycles and weight changes and stats for us,
