cheap recepie

Loads of long gran rice, cooked.

As many as you like hard boiled eggs - chopped

spring (or normal) onion

Fried chicken chunks.


Mix together, refrigerate, heat up, add lea n perrins, soy sauce or other.

This goes a long way, eespecially when cutting.

i'd go for basmati rice - lower GI

being a student though i live on food like that - so easy to make in bulk and store

i tried it with basmati, it goes very sticky and sort of all gels together, it would be edible but not as nice.

Rinse the starch off the Basmati before cooking it and it won't stick. Keep rinsing till the water is clearish and not milky.
