18 eggs and 2 protine shakes? i think i would rather spread it out a little. it also looks like u are lacking CARBOHYDRATES at 12pm

i think you are eating too many eggs aswell zebedy. I think 12 eggs with the 6 yolks would be okay, i know a few people doing this. I also agree with carlos about 12pm, eat a whole can of beans as beans are a rich source of carbs as well as protein. Maybe get some potatoes, rice or pasta or something in there.

The fact is in your 3 main meals you are eating 6 eggs, maybe substitute some eggs from some other protein sources such as chicken, turkey, beef. The choice is yours.
There is no doubt in my mind that you are eating enough protein in there, you just need to get it from diferent sources. Try this out, and if you are not gaining then up the carbs.

9 am...3 eggs scrambled in 1 tb sp olive oil
Bowl of readdy break with s/milk
1 wholemeal toast with Olivio spread
2lbs chicken breast

10am-whey with water

11am...Gym

12pm....Whey/water/ 50gms glucose
2-3lbs chicken, beef, fish
whole can of baked beans (good source of carbs)

3pm......Steak stir fried with vegs and 1 tb sp o/oil
1 banana

6pm......1 can tuna, jacket patato, small amount of chedder,
9pm.......2 eggs (2 yolks) scrambled with o/oil
1 can of makeral in sauce
handfull of grapes
pasta/rice/potatao beans, a good reliable source of carbohydrate

12pm......Whey shake mixed with milk

eggs are absorbed by the body more than any other protein source so it makes sense to eat lots of them. People complain about eating yolks because of cholesteral that is true to an extent, but its better than drinking 4-5 pints of beer everyday.
I eat 8 eggsand am fine. Get more lean meat in there, get the carbs and youll be on your way.
im no pro by any means but that will help you more.

Those beans happen to have about 30 grams of carbs per half a cup.
There is nothing wrong with that.
Also have about 6 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein too.
But there a little bit of fat in them and I dont recommend taking in any fat PWO.
Carbs and protein or the glucose drink right after workout, like immediatly then some protein later. Some will differ on this but this.
Just brought it up for the purpose of the fat PWO.

Eggs only 4 a day with the yolk is ok.
Eggs are the most bio-available food protein source you can eat and they are great for you.

For a snack you might want to eat some Almonds or other nuts, olives for fat, flax seed is totally awesome and dont get me started on the benefits of that or this post will be massive.

Eggs do have fats in them and yes you do need more fats in your diet.
Nuts,
Avacado,
fish oils,
olives,

I am old school and dont have a problem with saturated fats and cholesterol. Just me but I can say that I dont agree with the vegetable oils at all and have good reason.
Cookie and winger are with me on this.
Most people in the medical industry will totally go against me on this but I still stick to my guns here.

No flax seed is the best.
Forget the oil as it does not have the cool properties of lignans in it.
Raw flax is best.

I would not make a meal of nuts but if you are hungry then get them down as they will curb your hunger really well.

Avacado?.............Just toss about a half a medium size avacado in your tuna, this will add oil and make the tuna nice and spreadable. I like to add garlic and onion to mine but to each his own.
1 avacado a day will be ok.
