WHat do you guys have for pudding/dessert?

Hi guys,

I have been looking around for something to have for pudding/dessert, that is healthy and in tune wiht my BB goals ie Hypertrophy.

Everything I found is either high in bad fats or sugar or both.

I could eat fruit of course but does anyone have any good recipes or snacks?

Well, for the most part I dont eat dessert.

But the really low calorie pie is hairless.
This pie can really burn off some calories.
Very good stuff.
I just cant afford it at the moment.

sugar free jelly mixed with whey

Total 0% Greek Yoghurt with strawberries

Cottage cheese, vanilla whey, hot wholemeal rice, cinnamon, blend it and you have high protein/good GI rice pudding

the sugar free jelly with whey is great, love that. nice and easy to eat when you wake up in the middle of the night stumbling around. break open those double doors on the fridge and get blinded by the light. actually i think i like that part better tahn the jelly itself, but it comes a close second

Ok, got me some strawberry SF jelly and mixed it with Promax Extreme whey. It isn't quite set yet but will be tomorrow hopefully, will let you know how it tastes :p
