the best before date

is it still good to eat whey protein bar if they are out of date cos i dont wanna waste them, i still have half a box left.

i mean would it affect the nutritional content or anything like that.

I'd say they are fine to eat nutritionally but generally are harder/drier than normal .. and given that protein bars are normally hard and dry to start with it means they can be heavy going!

i thought they were a bit hard to chew. Its a good jaw exercise. My jaws will be stronger than my legs!

actually there're not too bad. I dont know if anyone on here has tried them but i have the ones called Detour bar. It says on the packet that they are the no. 1 in America and they use Designer Whey what benefits that has i dont know.
