meal 1
bowl of oats How many grams? With milk or water, what you using to sweeten?
protein drink Again with water or milk, Im assuming its whey and no carbs
2 toast With any thing on em? Peanut butter would make a massive difference in cals.

meal 2
4 whole eggs
banana

meal 3
2 tins of tuna Weight of each tin drained?
yogurt Again what quantity?
apple

meal 4
protein drink
banana

meal 5
200g chicken strips Prepared in what? olive oil or just plain?

meal 6
steak/fish/chicken amount and prepared in what? olive oil or just plain?
3 veg

meal 7
protein drink

If I was to guess by what you posted up then I would say around 2600, thats if........your having half a cup of oats with no sugar, protein shake is whey with water and not milk or some carb powder, eggs aint fried, no oil used for chicken, no peanut butter on toast, the yogurt is plain and your having 100g , and not having any soft drinks or juice:p

Half a cup of brown rice is around 105 cals.

ur diet aint that bad actually mate...i like the use of eggs, alotof people leave these out now but there great for u the best source of protein in my opinion and so much goodness in emm aslong as u dont ALWAYS fry em.

hard boiled eggs can always be taken out with u if its not convinent to take chicken steak etc. better that a protein shake.

not a great deal of carbs in there to tell the truth....got enough to still gain and have enough energy blah blah but i'd try and up em abit

skiz, look on the back of all the packets of food....
obviously that will tell you nutritional information.

remember:
there are 4 calories to every gram of carb and protein. (eg-1 bowl of rice=40g carbs. 40x4=160 calories).
there are 9 calories to every gram of fat (cream cake=20g fat. 20x9=180 calories)

so find out whats on the packets of food.....times all the protein and carbs by 4 and all the fat by 9, that will give you an exact estimate of how many calories you are eating.
