![]() | I think that you need to try it for a week at that level. If you loose < 2lbs then drop cals by 200ish If you loose > 2lbs then raise cals by 200ish. (avoid catabolic nightmares) If you find you're dropping 5lbs a week, dont continue, it wont all be fat! you'll loose alot of muscle. Slow and Steady wins the race. |

You might even need more. my considerable gains have come from eating about 3700, and i find that hard work. Heavy compound exercises, 3000+ calories from quality sources and you should gain Tell us more about yourself....... age, height, are you weight training?
