![]() | rob, everyone at my gym who diets down for competition cuts out fruit and milk completely from their diet. If you are cutting up there should be no need for them at all if your eating your veggies. but since you ask i think cherries are the lowest GI

Apple pectin is a fiber that may be beneficial for cholesterol levels, atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), diabetes, and may inhibit cancer metastases. Apple pectin fiber aids in correcting constipation, and promotes digestive health by promoting a healthy intestinal flora. Apples are a better choice of fruit than Bananas. Banana's are in fact higher in the Glycemic Index than Apples. When dieting banana's should be avoided. Berrys are very low in the GI.

Too much of this might be toxic. I think Fish oils are lower in Vitamin A and wont be toxic in large amounts. Ask Jimmy tho.
