Hi, I have been doing some research on the best egg whites to buy. I have found a site called liquideggwhite.co.uk selling blanc d'eouf whites which seem to work out very cheap, but everyone seems to recommend myprotein or eggnation. Is there a particular reason for this?

There all basically pasturised , no diff, but I suppose if someone wants to split hairs, they'll find differences.

thats what i figured. im thinkin maybe the amino acid profile is different or something. im going to make a big order today so just thought id put out this post to make sure i wasnt ordering a bad product.

I get the same stuff mate...if you live near manchester I could give you name of site where they are a lot cheaper..I get 15kgs - £31.00 or there abouts works out at £2.11 for 1ltr consisting of 33 egg whites...cheap as chips...

i made my order yesterday, the company is in manchester as it goes. 30kg egg whites in 1 kg bottles for £73.44 including next day delivery. Titanics I think is called. Is that the same company you use?
