Advice on diet plan please

Hi to all (sorry posted this in wrong section b4)

Am bulking to try and gain as much mass as possible. Have done research and come up with a diet plan, although I have learnt alot from reading (on this site and others) I realise Im only young (ish 23) and have a lot to learn. Was hoping someone could point out if i can improve my diet in any way?

Here it is

7am CNP pro mass with skimmed milk, banana 2x oatibix

9.30am. 200g chickenor lean minced beef, 50g (dry) brown rice, 1/2 tin toms, onion spinach + 2 tsp olive oil

12pm Same as above

2.30pm Tin of Tuna brown roll.

5pm 5 egg whites 2 egg yokes.

730pm Same as at 9.30 or CNP pro mass again

10.30-11pm Cottage cheese 300g.

I work this out at 3300cals 308g carbs (38.8%) 284g protien (38%) 76g fat (23%)

At the moment i weigh 13stone dead on and am about 12-13 bf%

Any advice much apprecitated!

Do you know what body type you are? Ectomorph, Endomorph, Mesomorph..

What times do you train?

Diet looks clean, my only point at the minute would be to ensure that its sustainable, if its too much hassle its likely to cave

I have already posted on your other thread, however,i think you will benefit further by adding more greens along with an omega 3 source.

The addition of 1 or 2 cheat meals during the week will also benefit.

Was targeting around 3000 as was going for a 40%carbs 40%protien and 20% fat ratio workin on 1-1.5grms protien per lb of body weight.

Have cheat meals have very high carb days at weekends only stick to diet in the week,
