![]() | Food quantities. Hi all, I'm new to the site and have a question on food, I'm trying to get into shape at present i'm 37 years old 6'1' --111kg and i reacon about 10kg of fat i want to remove or change in to muscle. I have trained on and off in the past but my diet has always been normal to crap, i've read threads on diet and see that eating frequently is the key but for a chap about my size how many grams of protein/ carbs / fat should i be aiming for. ![]() I guess each of us are different but i need ball park figures to start with. Just weighed myself and the fitness campaign starts now. (I have nine months to perfect a beach body to go on holiday with. lol) Thanks Paul. ![]() |
