My new "pancake" recipe

Tried this last night....pretty good!!

Mix together 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal (uncooked), 1/2 cup blueberries and about 1/2 T of baking powder. Spray a griddle with cooking spray and cook like pancakes (I made 4 smaller ones).
Once done, take 1/2 cup cottage cheese (I used FF, but whatever you like) and spread it between the cakes.

Experiment courtesy of the wife

2 raw eggs

4 tablespoon greek yogurt

4oz whipping cream

1 tsp strawberry flavouring

1 tsp honey

add water if you want to drink it or you can have it as a desert without.

(you could use whey powder but the buttescotch toffee that I have doesnt taste too good in this)

No taste of egg!!!!
