I have had it with salad. baked spuds.. toast..pasta.. rice.. was told to have it with milk .. aw man minging so any ideas welcome guy;s

Have you tried it fresh, you can make your own coating, i use a rub of olive oil with different herbs and spices.

2 egg yolks, 5 or 6 whites, 135g of tuna and whip it all into an ommlette,

Spagetti broken up, 50-100g grated cheese mixed in, 1 tin tuna mixed in.

Cheese covers most the tuna taste and its a lovely meal.

If you dont want the cheese try pesto.

Tuna steaks are cracking and make a nice change from the tinned stuff you can marinade them in anything.

I tend to put the tinned stuff in a pan with a carton of passata (its pureed tomato's and you can get it in the supermarket for less than 50p) add some herbs and put it over some wholewheat pasta....bobs your uncle!
