![]() | Plz guide here Guyz i've been reading too much and dont really understand wut to do ... i read on this site that for BUlking ishud hav 19*20 per lbs ....i am 99lbs...according to this my calories for bulking shud b 1980 ... but on another site ., maximuscle.com i think.. it says that i shud hav 2400 cals for gaining 2 lbs per week ..... plz guide me which calorie counts shud i adopt ...... Also right now i m eating just 3 120gm chicken breasts , 400gm of oats, 3 bananas , 2 tbs olive oil , 10 eggwhites + 5 yolks ....milk .......100gm peanuts all spaced in between 5 meals after 3 hours each.... all this equals nearly 2550 calories .... 350 carb , 130 pro , 80gm fat ... Plz also tell me whether the diet contents are ok . Plz guyz help ME OUT!!! ... |

| UK-Muscle Moderator | Im no diet expert mate but you need more protein. At least 1g of protein per 1lb of bodyweigh but idealy 11/2 to 2g per 1lb of bodyweight.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You should be having the whole 10 yolks not just five,what a waste of good quality food, You`ve no veg and salads in there for roughage, I would have a couple more pieces of fruit at least Add some red meat Cottage cheese Double or even triple the amount of extra virgin olive oil your having Add some almonds in there And have 6 meals instead of the 5 Plus why the heck are you counting calories if your only 99lbs for goodness sake just eat and eat good food, GET ON THE SEE FOOD DIET "SEE FOOD AND EAT IT" its that simple. And if that doesnt work just add a glass of milk to eat meal to even out the amino acid ratios and this will help your body absorb the protein better. |

![]() | I'm counting calories so that i cann add extra 500-1000 cals to my required cal count ....... i read sumwhere that only protein and carbs count for bodybuilding not the calories .... is that true \???? i mean if a guy is eating 1.5 gm of pros and 2.3 gm of carbs but still not passing his required calorie count of maintaining weight , will he gain wait??? Will b thankful.... |

__________________ I had to up my calories to over 7000 a day before I started seeing gains again. If you think that's easy, think again. And if you think you'll make gains (with or without gear) without eating a decent amount of food, think again. Also if you don't train your legs or back, you'll never reach your potential. |
