Diet Check

STATS

5' 5"
160lbs @ 12%

Currently cutting

TRAINING

Mon: Chest and Bi's - 40 minutes cardio
Tues: Legs and Calves
Wed: Rest - Option of cardio (if the legs can take it)
Thurs: Shoulders and Tri - 40 minutes cardio
Fri: Back and Traps - 40 minutes cardio
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest - Optional Cardio


DIET




CUT



BULK

Could also try and fit in some Oats in the morning dude, Bulk id go for 100g, and cutting id maybe shoot for 55g.

You will also need to stick in a cheat meal once in a while to help your Metabolism, this is a must. As once you start cutting your Metabolism will slow down.
