![]() ![]() ![]() | Burgers Im sure I heard on here someone suggesting burgers are a good source of beef? They also mentioned lean burgers, this might be a stupid question , but.. are all burgers 'lean' or whatever? I mean like from my local farm shop will they be all of high meat quality or is it specially labelled as lean beef burgers? (I hope thats understandable) |

| ;-) | Re: Burgers All burgers are not lean, i eat 90/10 burgers fairly often but i only buy organic meat so imo its a fine source of meat as its just ground beef made into a patty. Even things like mac donald burgers are spoken highly of by many top bbs Dave Palumbo is one example. |

![]() | Re: Burgers just remember to keep the mix chilled to help em stick into patties! I converted the girlfriend into a burger eater with my home-made ones, and when you're buying the steak mince from the butchers and use all fresh ingredients they're delicious and really filling. bit of grated cheese on top, lettuce and tomato mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
