![]() | Am I not eating enough? Hey there, I want to put on size and mass, I am not too worried about losing BF right now as there is not much on me lol.. Ive noticed over 6weeks that my strength seems to be gaining but my weight is going down, does this mean im not eating enough? I used to eat VERY unhealthily constantly.. as in only 2 meals a day of like chips etc then some crisps in between and about 6cans of coke a day lol.. My diet is now.. Meal 1 : 2x eggs, protoplex shake, WW toast and weetabix Meal 2 .. WW chicken sandwich meal 3 .. 2chicken breasts with brown rice Meal 4 protoplex shake Meal 5 steak and veggies I want to gain size and I dont think me losing about a Ib a week is going to do that.. hehe any advice wld be much appreciated |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | as you have cleaned up your diet, you will natrualy loose bf but it will come to a point that this stopps happening that said and done, your diet could do with tightening a little meal2 is poor, try tin tuna in mayo/salad cream on wholemeal add another meal...prob best to split the chicken in meal 3 over two meals add some fruit add some fats too, like salmon every 3 days or so and a little olive oil in the chicken meals |
