Whey and eggwhites what can I do ?

Hi

Would it be ok to add my L-Glutamine (powder) to my Whey shake mixed with water ?
also I purchased some liquid egg whites to try as well a few questions regarding the egg whites :-
1) can I add this to the whey protein shake also if so how much ?
2) is it safe to drink raw or should I nuke it for 20secs (thinking of before I leave for work in the morning a small glass )
3) to make scrambled eggs should I add 1 egg whole then add 3-4 tablespoons of the eggwhite ?

I purchased all this from myprotein after learning about the site from you guys found it cheap delieverd on time and the whey tastes nice and mixes well .

ta for your advice in advance

Re: Whey and eggwhites what can I do ?

Can add it to whatever you want to up the protein. They should be pasteurised and tested for salmonella & listeria so no need to worry about nuking them.

What do you have for breakfast? Add 4 to 6 eggs worth with your protein powder and oats and whatever else you eat and you good to go in the morning.

It's fine to add the Glutamine to your shakes. Are you having this as part of your post workout shake?

Re: Whey and eggwhites what can I do ?

If its my day off I have 75g poridge oats with 1 scoop of whey and a strong coffee

If in work (up shower and out 5 45 am ) eat 3hrs later and then its 75gram poridge and 1 mashed banana .

Was thinking of mixing a quick shake prior to leaving for work may be add 2 spoonfulls of oats or a egg cup of egg white with L- Glut

Pre work out is just a banana and a bottle of tap water whilst training
Post workout will be 300mil whey ( now with L-glut ) think after after reading posts most add a substance called dextrose I need to research this more as in where to purchase / is it powder how much to add and what it actualy does .

Thanks for your answer Tainted Soul it may of seemed a stupid question but my belief is no matter how silly ask as I bet there are 5 other readers with sthe same question .
