Instant Oat's

Is the nutrional value of Instant Oats any good, compared to Porridge Oats as a complex Carb ??
I eat a lot of ready Brek or the supermarket own brand equivalent as I prefer the taste to course porridge oats.
Whats the feeling with anybody else on this subject.

Those instant oats do have a lot of sugar but thats not a bad thing after a workout. You will need the complex and sugrary carbs post-workout shakes. Otherwise stick to readybreak - mix things in it to make it taste nicer - like nuts and things.
