![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Cooking Burgers Im just wondering how you guys cook yours ? I have been putting them in the frying pan but i havent been adding oil etc. Is this a bad way of cooking them ? There also seems to be quiet a lot of fat on these burgers, although they are lean and from the butchers. Should i continue to have 1 a day ?

![]() | Re: Cooking Burgers I agree, if you are going to cook them at least get all the fat out! Yuck, the thought of all that bad fat in my body makes me feel ill. , George Foreman is fab. I make mine sometimes with turkey mince and a bit of onion and bind together with a bit of egg. |

The chinese/indian resturants have had to goto the local animal recue place its got so bad. ![]() |
