Yep, simple as. Normally buy two packs of 500g, mix it all up, mould em into burgers, cling film, freezer- then get em out day before i need em, whack em on george- sorts me out for week- n i admit have bin bunning (brown bread) & ketchuping em- also a slice of low fat cheese- damn better than Mc D's!!!
