time distance between last meal and bed

alright boys and girls, just wondering how long i should leave it from my last meal till i go to bed. its currently 2-2 n half hours. is this ok? just thinking as i am dieting to loose weight/body fat and gain muscle tone and shape.

Good thread mate, I am interested to know also. I will say what I do...
If I am having a shake with or without coconut milk, I try and aim for 10 mins before bed. If I am eating a proper meal like 2 chicken breasts peanut butter and what not, I try for 1 hour max before bed. Norm about 30 mins.

yea good thred. Personally have have bout 300g cottage chees about 60-90 mins b4 bed and then a shake before sleep. Seems to be okay just avoid eating anything sugary u shud be ok.

I have and Egg/Oat/Whey shake right before bed, its like real food as it has 6 eggs and 100g of oats in it...If I dont I wake up hungry
