advice

Hi Guys
Wondering if some of you guys could give me some pointers on were i need to adjust my diet ,many thanks



diet as follows

breakfast 8.am
protein shake
60g porridge
1whole egg 1 egg white

snack 1
apple
banana

snack 2
light cheese string

lunch
whole meal sandwhich with chicken/tuna
vegtable soup

snack
100g chicken/ham

pre workout
small bowl musile
protein shake

post workout
protein shake
potatos veg chicken/fish

Well, for starters there are too many protein shakes in there and not enough whole foods.

Some good fats would be a great idea too.

yep whatever the goal you need more good protein from whole food.. i.e eggs, cottage cheese, mackerel, chicken etc

you could also up the fats with olive oil, nat peanut butter, nuts.

You need to eat more balanced as well, try to get at least 30 grams of carbs 20 grams protein and 10 grams of fat in each meal from good food.

that would come to about 290 cals per meal...
