Keto Diet Foods

I was wondering if people would want to share receipes on foods they eat on TKD, with its values. I am finding after nearly a week the eggs are getting a bit to much for me, bringing my skin out quiet bad and need to eat new things, noticed on a few other posts some people seem to get fed up quick on this.
I am having green thai currey and chicken satay every day for lunch, granted it is rather high in carbs at 10g of carbs each but maybe if people could share foods and/or receipes they eat on TKD it might make it a bit easier.

I will post up the green thai and satay when I get home as I am not sure the exact figures on protein/fats/carbs.

Re: Keto Diet Foods

I had plenty of cheese, Peanut butter, olive oil, eggs, bacon, coconut milk, butter etc.

TBH, it's hard getting the fats down you from those sources - it does become boring. I found that adding a tablespoon of olive oil in salad really bumped the fats up because there's about 15g fat per tablespoon. So chicken, cheese & lots of salad sprinkled with a tablespoon of olive oil is a good meal. I used to have chicken & veg with butter melted in the veg - there's lots of variable things you can do.

Also, I had 4-5 whole eggs, with 30g butter (cook the eggs in the butter) for breakfast & that equals roughly about 45g fat from that meal.

Try & get the majority of fats down you earlier in the day as fat takes a while to metabolise.
