![]() | Diet Help!!!! I Need A New one! hi just wondering if anyone help me with my diet? At the moment i'm struggling to get the meals i need as i work 6 - 2 ! Somedays i don't get chance to have my dinner until 1pm ![]() My stats are: Height: 6ft3 Weight: 16st6 Just need some pointers on my current diet which is as follows: 6am - Protein shake 7am - 2 bananas 10am - Bag of crisp 1pm - 4 sandwiches consisting of chicken/ham/beef etc, yoghurt 3pm (post training) protien shake and 6 body fortress creatine caps 6pm Any i feel like ,mostly meat and various types of veg 9pm Protien shake Any pointers or possibley a new diet plan from some one? thanks
