Cheapest Pork Scratchings? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Well on my TKD, I found these bad boys. The ones my local shop sell are £0.69p (bit high!) but contain roughly
23g fat
23g protein
Trace Carbs.

Great for a snack in my opinion and I am having these before bed now instead of my protein shake which had 4.2g of carbs.

Any decent ones I can buy in bulk? Or the cheapest per pack?

Doh! I thought I find something nice which was good! I will look in to Salami, trying to replace scrambled eggs as well.. Never been good with eggs since I had an alergy when I was younger and it brought me out in gold ball sized neck swelling things, still to this day I get sick. (Yolk is fine, its the white mainly )

Yeti my man, I do not think you want to be eating pork scratching. It's bad meat to start off with and now you want to eat the deep fried fat from it. Cant see that helping your goals mate.

Thanks mate, I must admit I just read the thing and thought they were good! You live and learn though so thank you - I just read the back when in the shop and thought great! Thanks as always though mate

protein 24.75g per pack
Fat 23.22g per back :(

Going to look at some Salami.
