post workout shake+meal

hi guys just wondering when i should eat my post work out meal (time wise)

ill have a 40g protein shake straight after training. how long should i wait to eat my final meal of day??


im currently waiting 30 mins is this ok or???

if you are not dieting your PWO shake should be carbs and protein not just protein i wait 60-90 minutes after to eat my final meal in my opinion 30min is not long enough for the shake to be digested...
