![]() | protein per eal/max per meal?? hi guys wondering how much protein to have in each meal??? im ranging between 20 - 40g per meal??? is this ok or/??? that every 2-3 hours!! cheers ash

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: protein per eal/max per meal?? work out what you need in a day divide that by how many meals you have = answer there is no magic limit figure, no universal optimum amount simply take the figure and divide it without getting anal i have 275-300g ED split over 8-9 small meals that gives about 35g a time that woud though be no good for a 20 stone monster on 6 meals a day

totaly agree with this, may I just add that your metabolism also plays a role. If your naturaly skinny and stay lean what ever you eat, you'll need much more protein than the average gym trainee. | |
