  |  feeling sick soar throat bad cough cant talk at all! im on the diet given to me but i feel extremely sick i have been vommiting since morning i need advise what shall i do?i couldnt even do my walking on the tread mill today.got temp as well,feel to just sleep and eat nothing. i have lost my voice as well.

| Re: feeling sick soar throat bad cough cant talk at all! i have been having water dont feel to eat anything dont want to stop my diet but had eggs in the morning but i puked all of them out. i feel so bad. i cant eat should i give it a break for a while

  | Re: feeling sick soar throat bad cough cant talk at all! you have got what seems to be going round all the kids at school.... symptoms are the same... try chicken soup, but drink plenty of water or squash... not juice as it will go right through and add to your dehydration. if you cant keep anything down after a couple of days, get some fybogel from the chemist... it should help a bit...

| Re: feeling sick soar throat bad cough cant talk at all! thanks slam for the help i dont want to eat anything but i will try my best to have it and keep it in. went out yesterday in the evening for a walk with my son in his pushchair, got the cold then soar throat and lost my voice,bad nasty cough.i gargled with salty warm water but felt more sick. but anyway thanks.
