New cycle diet.

About to start a new cycle and wanted to make sure my diet was right, so please check. I'm about 195 lbs.

Calories, I was going to start around 3500/day and go up from their as I gain weight. I was thinking about cycling, or having a big calorie day, but haven't decided yet.

Protein, I was going to start with a little less than 300g/day to start off and increase as I gained weight.

I was thinking about cycling carbs instead of steady carbs like on my last cycle, but wasn't sure of the dosages. I was going to increase carbs on days before big lifting and lower carbs on lifting days.

Sodium, fat, etc. I'm not sure about. I've never tried cycling anything before, so I'd like to see how it goes, as with weights I just don't want my body adapting. This is all on top of creatine, glutamine, bcaa's, fish oil, other supps, etc.

My workout: Thinking of hitting higher carbs on M, W, Sat.:
Sun - Chest, forearms, cardio
Mon - Lower, abs, cardio
Tues - Bi's, shoulders, cardio
Wed - Lower, abs, cardio
Thurs - Tri's, back, cardio
Fri - Lower, cardio
Sat - Rest, cardio

Thanks
